Yeah true...but it wasn't an instant classic like Starcraft...now THAT is a game that deserves a MMO...

i've always loved warcraft and i never got into starcraft much. but i remember when i was in jr.high and everyone was like "omg starcraft." and when people would ask me if i played starcraft i would say no i play warcraft. then the would all be like "OMG WARCRAFT COPIED STARCRAFT." and would look that them and sigh. warcraft never really became that popular until wc3, and it still was no way near as popular as starcraft. but then WoW came out... and the rest is history lol. _______________ |

That's because WoW is unbalanced. People like Mages or hunters or warlocks should NOT be able to SOLO 95% OF THE PVE CONTENT...NOR SHOULD THEY BE UNBEATABLE EXCEPT IF THEIR USERS SUCK OR THEIR OPPONENTS ARE A LOCK, HUNTER, OR MAGE....That's NOT balanced...Granted, it's nice...it's just...what with private servers, and all the screwy things WoW has...i'm surprised it has a second expansion coming ou-...oh wait...that's right! a lot of subscribers are quitting WoW and goin back to WC3! Oh, and 50% of the players are under 13...or under 18...Hmm....I wonder why >.>

Plus, they've described themselves as a one game at a time people. So since WoTLK isn't out till September....It's going Finishing Touches on SC2, Finishing Touches on WoTLK, <New game...either expansion, or WC4>... And WC came out before SC...As did 2 lol. They are both great games, and I suppose I should retract my statement. Both are great classics XD. And sorry for the double post, but woohoooo. Due to rumors, and how the developers talked about SC2 n such, it can be assumed that most likely WC4 is in development, as he said 'WC4 will have a campaign similar to SC2' ^^...forget WHO said it though >.>

lolz. man they arent any kind of OP ... druid,rogue,warrior,priest,shammy,pally,DK.. how are they worse than hunter mage and lock? for me (hunter) warriors,DKs,Rogues and Druids are the hardest kills! what you wrote about soloing.. The PVE content is 75% made for soloing.. Soloing group quests- everyone can do that, you just gotta know how.. There is no Hunters, Locks & Mages team that can do instances/raids without a healer&tank. P.S. You are prolly playing with a pally since u think these 3 (most ranged) classes are OP.
