Filefront's owners ( Ziff Davis media) have figured out they are no longer capable of supporting it and keeping it opened as their bankruptcy comes full circle. Gamingforums.com ( the forum backbone for all the sites under filefront's umbrella) was taken with no notice to it's users nor volunteers.

The File sites will still be active till the 30th of this month when they will be taken offline. Staff access has been revoked as I am sure the owners probably thought they would maliciously change stuff on the sites they worked on soo hard to keep up.

But be of good cheer my fellow gamers! Something is in the works to keep those precious files available! When we know the facts (and the url) so will you so stay tuned!
