Long time "affiliate" ( if you would call him that) Bigboy (of ATC hosting) has pulled the plug on his customers with less than 24 hours notice to some. No Email contacts nor forwarding phone number is available to contact the business at this time. His services have been shoddy at best with allowing several sites last year to be tampered with by the "Host" he purchased his Resellers Hosting from. Everyone had downtime except one or two sites he hosted. 4 plus days of downtime to most.
As he purchased the URL's for everyone he was hosting, it will be a drag out battle of sorts. Please be sure to get your pay pal records ( if you paid him ) together as they will probably be the only contract you have that connects you to him.


People that were hosted by him are encouraged to come and speak with Merrick Or Nixor as to replacement hosting.

I today have spoken to the operations manager at host 9 regarding the illegality of what he has done. technically they say that HE is the legal owner of the domains as he is the registered name and contact on the who is look up. They are going to contact him by phone post and email to try and resolve the issue being as i am also a customer of theirs and it is standing in the way of my business they have promised to email me his response, and they are urging him to contact all of his previous clients to organize the release of the domains. The only reason that i got through to them is because they also own my box lol Bigboy registered all of his and his clients domains through host9 not blue host. People do not need to contact bluehost, and also reassure people i am doing what i can for them, although there not much more that i can do at this time.
2)ICANN.org is where you will go if bluehost can not help you.

At this time, we are offering subdomains to those who would like to get their sites right back up till we can get your main URL straightened out.
