As you noticed i was away for a while.
This was because i was totally tired and stressed out because of the engine.
But i got hope again and thats why i'm finishing up the new beta for The Rising.
Although we won't call it beta 4, but just beta 1.
The reason for this is that i'm rebuilding the whole mod from scratch . I allready booked loads of progress
All these functions below were planned for beta 4 but now chaned:
Code:
- Removed Zappers @ Oldschool maps
- Removed PAP machine
- Removed Custom suites
- Removed Scout bombs
- Removed monkey
- Removed Mysterybox
- Engineers won't build any boxes, but they need to hand out ammo for each person.
- Adding bonusses
- Minimized custom materials as How To menu's.
- Removing flogger from maps :(
although there are new things
- Engineer has newer functions that increase gameplay , but also allow players just to go on if the engineer is dead, players can now search a body , and if they hold the use button they can find stuff in the engineer, such as the Give Players Ammo - function , this way people can take over the engineer functions.
- Added 5 new weapons , Modern ones
- Added new voices for players, so they can express their state in-game
All these stuff are reducing engine limits and if i calculated well were allowed to play even Asylum ( That was the first map not playable due engine limits

)
