Pandemic Returns to CS 1.6, Method on Board

Conway, Arkansas – December 8, 2009 -TeamPandemic, LLC., one of North America’s most prized multi-gaming organizations, is proud to announce its return to Counter-Strike 1.6. Founded on Counter-Strike in 2003, Pandemic’s evolution from a squad of ragtag locals to an internationally recognized eSport brand came largely on the heels of the team’s success in that very game.
The 2006 squad, led by former manager Mark Dolven, burst onto the scene with a second place finish at the World Series of Video Games LANWAR. Following an equally respectable showing at Intel’s WSVG Grand Final on CSTV, the team was finally able to get ‘over the hump’ at the turn of ‘07 when they took home the CEVO-P crown and the WSVG All Star Cup. Only a few short months later, that lineup was drafted to the inaugural season of DirecTV’s Championship Gaming Series, and many thought they’d seen the last of Pandemic Counter-Strike.
For the first time since, Pandemic is making a true commitment to support the game that made them much of what they are today.

Pandemic.CS will be competing in ESEA-I and CEVO-P, the country's two most prominent online leagues, and plans to attend all major American LANs and world championship qualifiers. Their season begins tomorrow night, December 9th, against MoB Gaming.
Our fans can look forward to extensive coverage on TeamPandemic.net, as we’ll be providing previews and recaps of all the action, scene interviews and editorials, first person and HLTV demo downloads and even the occasional ‘contribution’ from resident media guru David “DchozN” Cho.
