1:Loyalty, the more u show ur loyalty the more ill rank u cuz i trust u
2:Maturity, now this dusnt mean u hav to b respectful and all that and cnt make jokes. It means that i dnt wnt u to rank ur friends to Lieutenant wen they just joined
3:recruiting, the more u recruit the credits u get under ur belt
