This is the final reminder about the TAW.net 2.0 launch on Saturday. Please remember that the TAW.net website will be down for a most of the day Saturday as we move to the new site. Also, please realize that TS3 may be unavailable for up to an hour around 11-12 EDT while we migrate to the new server. We\'ll have the TS3 up well in time for the website launch party:

Please take the time to back up any member content you want to preserve off the site (sigs, avatar, community server biography). These will not be carried over in the import.

It gives me great pleasure to announce the release of TAW.net 2.0! The new system will be going live on August 27th, 2011.
Please work with your leadership as they prepare for the transition to the new site, and be prepared to watch a few introductory videos in the coming weeks. There are a lot of new features on the site that you will need to learn!
For those interested in more information about what’s coming, the Operations Support team has put together a short summary of some of the more exciting changes:

Gamers Portal
In case you haven't heard of it, Gamer's Portal is a site for clans to meet up, recruit free agents, and find other clans to scrimmage against as well as a forum system, server listing system, a division system, and many other features. Over the next couple of weeks we are working with the founders of GP to get TAW up to where it can fit all of our members on it. Now how does this benefit the members of TAW? What are the immediate effects we will see in the short term? And how in the long run will things really change?
Well if we look at how it effects the members of TAW it gives us another social outlet to try and recruit new members, and to play against other clans. I know one of the things that happens in TAW is that it's hard to find other clans to scrimmage against and find some new blood instead of just playing with the same people day in and day out. Sure playing in the same group is a great way to learn, but eventually you get set into the same play style. By playing against new players and...

TAW Now Unlimited XFire Clan
TAW is now unlimited in its size as a clan on xfire. The typical size limit is 300 members which we are a few members away. The disadvantage to this change is that you will not see other XFIRE TAW members in your friends list. You will have to add them manually.
