Important ranks have been set-up though they will be unaccessible since only one person will have the rank ( for example : only one Zabuza, only one Raiga, only one Kisame )
Members with one of those ranks are mods in the forum and can post news. Rank 4 members (Default Rank) are power users while non-members and Below-Rank 4 members are normal users.
