They have added a new title track called Zaishen, it is account based. You get 5 points toward the title each time you open the zaishen chest using zaishen keys. The keys are obtained either by 5000 balthazar faction, tournament reward points, or buying them from people for about 5k each is the going rate. Also this title grants a new EMOTE for people.
