Summer Sitrep - May
Eyes and Ears, Squad.

For the month of May, our overall sitrep looks decent. But before we close this month's operations out, a few things need to be brought to everyone's attention so that we're all on the same page.

Most critical is the fact that activity has been erratic from a lot of people getting slapped with finals and the ending of school. This is going to likely throw a wrench into the team calendar for at least another week, so FTLs will be responsible for pulling regular com checks with members of their fireteams to ensure they know where everyone stands.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE USES XFIRE TO MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

The Code of Conduct is clear about inactivity and anyone who disappears without an explanation for over 30 days will be discharged. Be responsible and talk to your FTLs if you aren't planning on showing up for days or weeks at a time. Don't leave anything to chance.

Next, please note that this is summer. Things WILL get hectic and...

Anti-Noob Training!
All right, Squad

In lieu of the recent bad happenings on MW3 involving repeated uses of noob tactics by enemy players involving heavy weapons, Mp7s, and the dreaded FNG9s, Command Staff has decided to answer the challenge by providing Squad 9 with the chance to adapt as a unit to counter these threats and defeat them more easily.

For this next week, daily sessions will be hosted where training will be offered for all members who wish to receive it. The training will focus specifically on how to counter noob tactics such as akimbos, heavies, and maybe a few other nuisances. The goal again, is to beef up the muscle and skill of the team to more adeptly counter and defeat enemies we encounter on a regular basis - noobs or otherwise.

CHECK THE CALENDAR! Times will be posted and updated as the person instructing these matches will likely vary.

Everyone is highly encouraged to show up, since we all know how difficult it can be to deal with noobs on MW3. Squad 9 is prepared to rise to the...

Training Days
Eyes and Ears, Team -

To ensure that everyone is up to speed on how things will be operating once we get into the summer, I wanted to go over a few quick items so that you can all be in the loop.

With finals upcoming, activity will be low. Once that's past, a few things need to happen and foremost among them is training. I expect and Command Staff expects for every Fireteam to get active and host events for their assigned groups once or twice a week AT LEAST. Random parties on MW3 are okay, but there needs to be more FIRETEAM parties from this point on.

Please read the following pointers for how to help keep things active during the summer:

-Show up to Fireteam events AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

-Encourage your teammates to do the same!

-Talk regularly with your FTLs about things you'd like to see on the calendar for training or otherwise. If you don't ask, then we can't deliver!

-If you aren't going to be around, please tell your FTL or members of your fireteam so they know what...
