New Changes
There are some new rank restrictions, Administrator and Rank 2 can now Recruit, Administrator can Manage and Administer. Admininistrator, Rank 2 and 3 can Organize.
All ranks can Plan Events, Administrator, Rank 2 and 3 can Administor the Forums and Moderate News on the home page. All ranks can Create News, and Reply To News.
Administrator and Rank 2 can Remove Screenshots and Videos.
I'm also looking for people to put on Rank 2 and 3, if you want a go, comment on this post. Then add me on Xfire.

Hello all, I am the new Admin/Owner of the Exchange Claimed Territories.

I will be making a few changes over the next week or so, (No roster changes, though) Ranks might be altered for restrictions, I'll do most of if this week, while it is Overlord Saturn's last week as Admin/Owner of this Clan. It would be appreciated if you posted some comments on this, saying goodbye, Even if he is not in the clan at all anymore, Just so he can check back here and have a look. (if he was a prick, or awesome, say bye anyway, it's just respect.) I shall see you all later
