Greetings my fellow brothers in arms, We the 2nd Orbital Drop Shock Troopers"Hell Jumpers" are faced with a crisis once more, we have defeated "The Covenant" which damaged our earth permanently, we have just faced our worst natural disaster mankind has ever seen the second ice age, which left our beloved earths resources to nothing...but that is just the beginning, we now face a much larger crisis, a crisis which once again destroyed the unity of our nations, we face the Third World War, We the United States shall fight with our allies the European Union against the Pan Asian Coalition, once again we fight not invaders from another world, but Man pitted against Man, For the glory and preservation of a pure blue world, we the United States shall crush our enemies with our allies in battle, for freedom, and for peace. We Shall Fight!!

Though we are a peaceful nation, and strive for freedom, this behavior is not tolerated, all spies will be reported, if found protecting or covering for a spy you will face the same punishment, In short everything is confidential including this new broadcast and anything and everything we transmit is secret, do not tell any other faction anything even our allies, our allies will know of somethings but not all things. Therefore I ask of you as your Fleet Admiral to keep our Freedom safe and sound, HAIL LIBERTY!!!

I want at least 2 battle groups with this setup, one battle group would be the 304th Main Battle Fleet, and the other would be the 101st Reserve/Defense Fleet... Other Fleets are at a less priority to structuring our fleet, Those other fleets will be created by other Liberty Members as our Navy becomes more popular, I would like to say Hail Liberty and its greatness, let our enemies falter as our glory shines to victory!!! I say again HAIL LIBERTY!!! HAIL FREEDOM!!!
