Yes, you heard us, our 3rd birthday of "The RoninUnrealFX International Clan Federation for Unreal & Unreal Tournament", aka "The RoninUnrealFX Clan", is finally upon us! This could be the best birthday RUFX might ever have, so once the 30th hits when the clock strikes midnight Canadian/American EST....heh, we celebrate like a bunch of mad men! Come on and have a good time on the RoninUnrealFX UT Clan Private/Test server, since VarkOS No. 1 will be (unforutunately) down on this date, and possibly into next week due to several non-purposely done delays... So yeah, even still, let's kick some ass and have fun! =D

Welcome to the third generation of RUFX!
That's right everyone, we've entered the third generation of RoninUnrealFX (v1.0 being Generation 1, v2.x and v3.x being Generation 2 and v4.0 being Generation 3)! However, I should also mention that the RUFX Clan version and the website/forums version are now perfectly in synchronization with each other...everything is now v4.0!
With this said, we also have a brand new website redesigned from scratch, with Drupal being deployed for the CMS/Download/Wiki/Blog systems, and again, MyBB returning to be the forum software choice! Also note that front-page is now VERY complex, but also VERY easy to navigate and understand once you've done browsing the whole thing a couple of times... ^^
So yeah, enjoy everyone, and we hope to be of service once again!

)and write up an application form, and we'll take things from thereon! ...

With that said...there is some important news to discuss (that's LONG been disregarded and put aside...something on which I 100% *DEEPLY* regret.
First of all, I'd like to apologize to my clan for me not being as active as a clean leader should be. Big (yet permanant!) changes are coming our way, so be sure to stay tuned for the latest details as they happen. Also, RUFX is a *DEDICATED* clan, which emans if you're not gonna play UT at least once a week with us...then please DO NOT join! I (we) *ONLY* want dedicated (yet preferably hardcore) memebrs to join RUFX...and I don't give a f*** if you're a beginner or a pro/veteran (like me ^^ )...please...If you're looking for a clan...RUFX *should* be your best choice! If it's not your best choice, tell us why and how to improve it, and we'll try to improvise and alleviate the problem (to the best of our abilities) to make RUFX your #1 choice!
Secondly, I'd like to thank [~]RUFX[~]RaianTheFallen and [~]RUFX[~]RoC (Rossi) for their dedicatance!...

RoninUnrealFX Clan Website v3.1 Upgrade & I.N
Hey everyone! I kinda figured it's time to explain what was happening in the recent 2 weeks (or so ^^ ), and about the website change...
Well, to start off, some Romanian fucker hacked the e107 CMS (aka the main page you see when you first enter the website ^^ ) during an "e107 hacking raid". The Romanian individual was therefore punished, and hopefully we don't hear form him ever again! I've also updated e107 to the latest version (as of Saturday, June 12, 2010), and I have also deleted contacts.php and remove the link for it in the menu. This should stop 95-98% of the hacking (if not 99%). Worst case scenario is the site gets DDoSed, but that's not likely going to happen any time soon...
So yeah, with that said, there is a good side to this!
As you can currently see, we have a new theme for e107! I personally find it *MUCH* better than the old theme, although the old theme was technically designed for "clan websites"... The theme was actually made on...

RoninUnrealFX Clan Forums 3.0 is online!

The forum MySQL database has been completely 100% rebuilt from scratch, due to MyBB 1.6 Pre-BETA screwed it all up! This proves that you should *NEVER* do what I did and install incomplete W.I.P software in an actual production-like environment.>.< :S
Anyway, that is in the past...as of Thursday, April 29, 2010...the RoninUnrealFX Clan Forum 3.0 is online! I hope you enjoy this (completely rebuilt) forum! It was well worth it!

That's right! RoninUnrealFX Clan Website v3.0 has launched, and is hosted by my friend aLeX/EisWiesel, rather than x10Hosting. I didn't have any problems with x10hosting, but I figured that it's time to go to a reliable server. ;D ;$ However, unlike the 1.0 to 2.0 upgrade, the Blog+CMS are the exact same...no re-installations... =) The forum, however, has to be reinstalled (as it was incomplete anyway ), so yeah, but expect the clan forum to be online within the week (since I actually have time...thanks Delacroix! :/ )
Anyway, enjoy v3.0, and keep a lookut on progress on the forum! (NOTE: The forum will 100% be entirely done from scratch)

Unlike v2.0, where the entire website was completely 100% redone from scratch except for a few images (which only 1-2 exist nowadays of RoninUnrealFX Clan Website 1.0 ^^ ), v3.0 will keep the blog, CMS, and the unfinished forums that I never got around to finishing (my greatest apologies for that, this month I *VOW* to get it opened, or else... xDD ). However, it'll be on a completely new host (hosted by one of my best mate's: aLeX/EisWiesel! Although the server farm is located in France (and not x10hosting), there are (or will be) 3 other websites that will share the exact same sever! uteditor.de (which is the original website, that 3 of my websites will be shared onto (again, kudos to aLeX/EisWiesel )), RoninMastaFX Designs (my personal website), an upcoming community for Unreal/UT which I cannot discuss atm (due to it being in early stages, and the fact I don't want to ruin the surprise ;D ;$ ), and of course,...
