The Remnants of the XI Fleet (The Risen Phoenix)
This organization was created by the faithful officers of the Spartan Vanguard who established a brotherhood of gamers. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of its former form, we are united as one living, breathing entity. The heartbeat of this brotherhood will always be its members. Without its members, the organization dies. Without the organization, the players know nothing but anarchy. We as brothers of the Risen Phoenix must move and act as a unit. Unwavering from our objectives, devoted to our union, merciless to our enemies and loyal to any diplomatic agreements made together.

1) To engage in fair and impartial combat in all available games and platforms sanctioned by the organization.
