Back when Republic Commando was released, there were a few clans that launched dedicated servers for public use. These clans all died within a month. MotR was formed about a month after this, and launched a server accordingly. This server lasted for years. It was a Capture The Flag server with 32 slots and retail maps. For years, it was the main server for all public players, for all clan players, and for MotR.

During the first two years of Republic Commando, MotR competed in skilled, competitive events at Ecliptical Realms. MotR placed first many times during these events and always sent teams to play and play hard! Out of all these events, MotR's average placement was higher than all other clans.
