I. Corporation Policies:
a. Governing Body:
i. High Council:
1. Consists of the 2 highest officials, CEO and COO, which have a majority of all voting rights. (30% each)
2. Has final decision on corporation activities, with the only exception being the transition of power, which requires a Majority vote of the Council.
ii. Council:
1. Consists of the members of the High Council and advisor members from the primary department heads. With the exception of the High Council members, advisory members have a voting allowance of the remaining (40%) from the high council as divided by the numbers of advisors.
2. Items of major concern to the corporation will be addressed at council meeting, on at least a monthly basis, as defined by the CEO.

After we got some Intel on goonswarm. It was said that they are planning a major fleet of jihad runs on 9/11/09. We are advising all members of all corps/alliance. To stay docked for that day. Yes i know it is a pain that you have to loose that day. But better to be safe then sorry. As you know Unless it is a sanctioned fleet ops or approve by myself (fleet commander) or your corp Ceo or there agent. You will not be reimbursed for any loss to your ship or mods. Due to you not adhearing to this. It is not mandatory that you stay docked it is a advisement. And my intel is very good.

The new expansion, slated for Winter 2009, is the 11th free expansion and will introduce a new sovereignty system, pirate faction epic arcs, re-rendered planets, and the first iteration of the COSMOS social networking platform. More information can be found at the following:
