Been a while since this little channel has been used - not much movement in the gaming stakes this Winter and Spring, but since the fetid Summer is approaching that will probably change!

Time to highlight some games that haven't made the PXT Top 10 (yet) and those that might in the near future. Two current candidates are the latest incarnation of Football Manager, which hasn't yet hit the heights of the previous 3 versions all of which are Top 10 already. Slightly outdistancing FM09 at the moment is Fallout 3, possibly due another burst as the new DLC becomes available on PC.

Of the future games, a likely candidate is Battlefield Heroes. If you can stand EA's labyrinthine sign-up process, it's basically a free version of Team Fortress 2 with bells on. Staying with EA, there's the potential monolith that is The Sims 3 to contend with(!). Further afield, hopes are high for Star Wars: The Old Republic but that's a year away at least.
