Booting Policy
PuT (Procrastinators Unite tomorrow) runs by IRC booting policy. This means that booting can take place by:
A. Breaking a rule
or
B. UR (User request) with 3 valid and referenceable reasons
The way that UR booting works is this: If a user wants another booted, they mus tell an admin, and then give the 3 reasons for wanting the other user booted. They must be referenced as well. If the admin finds this an ample reason to boot the member, they will do exactly that.
