Well, apparently this place hasn't been in a while.
Lots of things happened. New versions were released. Pofia went "open-source", with its author and maintainer giving the responsibility of updating and developing Pofia to the community. People tried to make various tweaks and changes to the mod.
The latest version available that I could find is the one here: http://www.filefront.com/user/papent
The above version supports CoH, CoH:OF and CoH:ToV, in any combination as far as I'm aware. If you don't have that already, grab it!

for the 2.8 versions of the pofia mod they should be up within an hour as i started the upload right now and i'm headed to bed after a long shift have fun make sure to post bugs and issues in the forums and challenges!

New Version Coming out this week
After taking some suggestions (not too many this time) from the relic forums and what you guys thought would be good I have a 2.8 for you guys and its awesome also i would like to have the first Pofia turney yet there will be a topic in the forums about it

opo368- crews should have the ability to "buy" a new weapon while near a hq/productional building instead of reinforcing. think all buildings could use alot more damage resistance. i dropped a tetrach in the enemy base and i destroyed all his buildings by the time i was able to spawn the 3rd tetrach. i.e. i had 2 tetrachs.
too many secrets - you should give the british flamethrower assault section the overrepair sappers skin, theyll look cool with the facemasks and flamethrowers!
flupp1 - - the panzer4 (the panzer elite anti inf version) dont get veteran skills
- the pathfinders from germany, with the granadestorm of the terror doctrin it overlap the button for more units, with hotkeys it still work
- if you set the mobile 17 punder into the defence position (the sandbags at the sides) and it gets a new crew, it gant be moved, the button isnt there anymore
