Western Alliance nearly begins to fall, but they won't say it. Their main-target is to get rid of us pirates and as a result of this, they are also not allowed to be in the same group with pirate enemies.
This here proves that they are not allowed to cooperate with pirates:

So it could not be forgiven when a WA-Member is in one group with bad pirates, isn't it!?
