It has been brought to our attention that our first place winning video, Ball Take Fail, is ineligible to win as it was not captured with Xfire in one of our supported games as stipulated in the rules. The goal of this category is to use Xfire to capture game characters saying something rediculous, funny, or down right stupid OR if you are so inclined use Xfire recording function (you'll need to hook up a microphone or webcam) to record yourself saying something down right hilarious. Grubby made a named for himself in the legendary WarCraft III squad of 4kings. Later on he joined the ranks of MeetYourMakers and less than a year ago he signed for his current organization, Team EG.
His major tournament victories include the World Cyber Games in 2004, the Electronic Sports World Cup in 2005, the World Series of Video Games in 2006 and the World Cyber Games in 2008.
In 2006 Manuel was voted eSports Player of the Year. Two years later following his 2nd WCG World Championship title in 2008, he was inducted into the WCG Hall of Fame.
In 2009 the documentary movie featuring Grubby named Beyond the Game premiered in the Netherlands.

Updates to the broadcasting feature
We just released Xfire version 1.114, and with it came a few improvements to the new broadcasting feature (remember that we switched provider a few weeks back?).
One of the issues with the new way of broadcasting was that it was pretty high quality, which led to high CPU/bandwith usage for some users. But now, that should have been tweaked.
Broadcasting is still demanding, but it should be better now. Try tweaking your settings for the best results!

Video community, what's up with that?
Yeah, I understand that you are asking what you'd need the Video community for, but hang with me for a second, and I'll explain!
First of all, this is a place for all the people who think that Xfire Videos are cool in one way or another. Perhaps you're one of those who spend ten hours a day browsing through cool recorded videos and live broadcasts, or perhaps you stream your every move in Tetris to the whole world. Or, perhaps you're just one of those who like doing a little bit of both every now and then.
Whatever it is that makes you tick, this is the place to be. Here, we'll be telling you about the coolest stuff happening with Xfire Video, such as updates to how things work, cool contests where you can win stuff, awesome broadcasts currently going on, as well as show you some of the best video clips.
