New members and how to handle recruting.
Likely if you are a member of No Assholes you are relatively new member of a new group that is still finding it's footing (Quickly) and there are some gray areas that need to be cleared up.
This particular post is to cover how to handle new recruits and help to expedite them in to full members of the No Assholes Community.
First describe the No Assholes credo: That is basically that we are not a "Clan" so to speak. Our goal isn't really so much competition or to be the best. New Comers as well as old pros are welcome. Our goal is more to offer an excellent "Community" that supplys players of all skill levels with above par online game play.
Give our web address.
Ask if they have ventrillo. (If not mention that it is a free download and that there are links on our website)
Do they have X-fire/Steam? If yes refer them to me if they seem to be interested. (Steam Id= PuffsPlus /X-fire ID= puffsplus) or Total (X-fire ID= Tota1). I believe both steam and X-fire are case...
