Raptr, new kind of Xfire but better
Raptr is a client much like Xfire, however, it lets you link up your Xfire, xbox 360, Steam, PSN etc etc and constantly updates, it is better than this in many ways, thought it would be a good thing for the cult to start on.

There's my page for an example of what it's like, obviously the only way it can track all of your xbox achievements and probably playstation trophies is for you to play the game, however as soon as you link up your gamertag it adds all of your games straight away and the same for Xfire with the hours. It's worth checking out if you got the time
