That's right. Most recent game update included NecroVisioN. However if the XF does not detect your copy, you need to manually direct it to it.
In case someone doesn't know how to do this:
Tools > Options > Games
There you need to unfold Not Installed and select NecroVisioN. Use the Manual Setting and choose the patch to the installed NecroVisioN.exe and Accept.
The game should appear on your Installed list and the support is working.

XF Support Update
It appears that we'll have to wait till 25 May for XFire to support NecroVisioN.
That's because NVN has yet to be released in the USA that day.
The good news is that NVN will be supported right after that date.
