Origin new EULA
I don't know if you've all heard, but in the newest EULA (terms of service) created by Origin it says: that if you download Origin you give EA all access to track your ip, applications, files, and hardware. Basically downloading Origin gives EA the ability to see and look at everything you're doing, including monitoring your web browsing. Now normally this wouldn't be an issue, but in the new EULA, EA states that they can sell this info to 3rd party organizations.
This is a call to action to stand up against this new crime against PC Gamers.

What can dethrone CoD?
With Black Ops turning out to be a technical nightmare on the PC, many games and developers have their chance to gain some fans during this next year.
Some likely candidates:
Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam
Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad.
Homefront.
How do you guys feel about CoD being dethroned? Do you think iw can make up for its mistakes from mw2 or have you turned to other games?

Sorry for not posting anything for a while guys. To be honest, I really didn't feel it was necessary to post anything because of all the great news surrounding black ops.
Well after release, as many of you can tell, black ops isn't all that it was cracked up to be. The amounts of errors, lag, bluescreens, freezes needs to stop.
What I ask of you is to go on the call of duty site and post everything that has gone wrong with this game for you.
I also ask that those of you who have problems to please post a comment below.

The PC received some more confirmed black ops info today.
PC Features: Confirmed
Dedicated Servers. New Server Browser. Dev console. /record. Customizable game modes, perks, killstreaks, classes, and higher player counts on unranked servers. Map rotation. RCon. Kick & Ban. MOTD. In-game custom Server Banners. And more.
Mod Tools: Confirmed
We will release mod tools sometime post-launch. We need to finish the game first. Then we will make sure any urgent issues are handled. Then we will begin work on tools. The extent of the mod tools package will not be known until this time.
Global Persistent Stats, Profiles: Confirmed
Your profile data is stored on servers for you and is accessible from anywhere on the internet. Stats, XP, COD Points, configs, etc.
Leaderboards: Confirmed
Yes, leaderboards - globally persistent leaderboards (i.e. NOT per-server based).

The following items are all confirmed for black ops:
- Console system aka, the (`~) key command.
- Dedicated servers.
- A new server browsing system.
- /record function. (record while ingame)
- Black ops will run on WinXP,vista,and 7.
- Prone stance will be in the game.
No word yet on the leaning function.
