In this guide i'll explain how to make money and how to use money efficiently. List of ways of earning gold 1. grinding 2. dungeons 3. proff 4. merchanting 5. cash items Grinding it's a very simple method kill monsters monsters drop gold/items profit here are a few tips: - pick up party scrolls for a specified monster .it's the only reason why i see grinding profitable - go alone .all profit goes to you, or atleast bring a mule - don't over do it .repairs and potions cost alot, especially if you have a very expensive item then your gonna want a better repair % . if you die blesses wear off, which'll cost u another 800 per item blessed .also if your weapon breaks it'll force you off the field making u waste time by running around .if you find yourself dying at a 1:2 ratio to killing monsters then leave the area and find a better one, it'll cost you more than your earning .dont fight mult-aggro monsters unless ur confident you'll never die -be alone . having other ppl will bring down on your income go to solitude places, or chance channel (cc) Locations Wolves - south of tir bears - west of dungard - all around dunbarton Skele wolves - dungeons - north of bangor Skele - dungeons - north of bangor another perspective of grinding is collecting cheap and easy formor (evil) scrolls from weak-1-shot-killable monsters such as red foxes, etc they drop atleast 10~20 gold they drop formor scrolls they drop huge meat since they are very easy to kill and require no intelligence it can be profitable to noobs and retards Dungeons Heres where the real money is made, literally the economy will need gold being pump in someway or another, for now dungeoning will be very profitable. But noobs wont be able to profit so easily. here are a few tips: - go alone if your in for profit go alone, everything that monsters drop is yours if your just some noob trying to leech off of the chest at the end then this is not the place for you - know your limit most noobs wont be able to finish dungeons beyond rabbi. i would start slow with alby then move to rabbi, then runda, etc - bring party scrolls again this is why it's so profitable you get money from 2 fronts, grinding + dungeon loot - professionalize time yourself, see if your make more money in another dungeon time ratio wise - get help seriously i cant stress this enough heatsink is like a free harvard with no homework. JUS GO FOR IT Heatsink's forum btw new website Proff k this is where i come in, if your planning on choosing a proff you probably already understand enough that i dont have to explain ( i already did in other threads anyways) but if you have questions ask in the help desk, even non-members can ask there i can go into detail if someone asks Merchanting buy stuff cheaper and sell them higher it's for people who are patiet enough to wait for people who are desperate enough to buy over-priced goods but its only good for spreading wealth from the rich to the poor, not the other way around so i dont recommend it to alot of people and it's slow profit so i recommend having a mule or something while your main goes off doing something else. Also try selling potions, bandages, pheonix feathers, bless waters, arrows, firewood at dungeon lobby in ch1. it works well if people follow this guide and remember that going back to town and coming back you lower your income to time ratio Cash items the devil's way to paradice it's almost like bribing the nexon guys to give you gold, actually it is. but it'll only work if the economy has alot of money so until then hold unto your wallets. _______________ |

Now unto how to use money efficiently this maybe common sense but i hardly see people practicing it. sell/buy your items to people not npcs if you sell your loot to npcs not only do u get a lower price for it but the gold disappears, which is really bad. if you buy stuff from npcs that gold you spent disappears, again which is bad Explaination more the gold in the economy the cheaper stuff will be. Example let's say there are 3 people in the world, you, an npc, and another player let's say you went dungeon raiding and you got 100 gold. so you use that gold to buy a bread from the npc. Now you go back to the dungeon to get another 100 gold. But this time you went to the player to buy some bread for 100 gold. But now your selling loot you found from the dungeon and the player bought it for 100 gold. let's examine what happened here you got 200 gold from the dungeon right? and you spent it all to 2 sources npc and a player. the npc returned the gold into "oblivion" what that means is the npc will never buy anything off you for more than the npc set price. now the player sold his bread to you and bought loot off you. That exchange in gold for "hardwork points" spun the economy. Now imagine this on a grand scale, where there are thousands of players selling and buying items one after another. If every player in the world bought and sold items to the npc then money will be going nowhere right? The npcs will only provide you with so much until they meet their limits. but players, they evolve beyond what npcs were made to handle and will serve you better than a machine. it's kinda hard to explain but i'll give a last tip even if a player is selling things for a price higher than npcs, one day that player will buy something from you for a higher price. _______________ |
