Thread used to make a public announcement of the general idea of how the guild will function.

When the NA-mabinogi lanuches, it'll launch with a fresh new economy that no one has tapped on before. Not many people ever have the chance to witness and experience a Fresh server that nobody has played in before.

What that means is, atleast for us, making money will be hard.
There will be absolutely no money in the economy in the begining of the game.

Usually when you join a new MMORPG you hear people yelling, "WTB <cherries>" for instance. Even a rookie can immediately make money by harvesting cherries from a tree or a bush and selling them to that guy.

But in this instance no one will be buying cherries so no one will be selling cherries.

Ofcourse cherries are already worthless and used only as a reference, but what about 500,000 gold worth items such as armour and clothing? You think you'll be able to grind 500k worth from a dungeon by yourself?

It's ridiculous and just plain inefficient.

That's why this guild exists.

Let's say your aiming to buy that 500k armor.
First annouce it in our forum to get the community know that you need help (actually you dont have to really, but nice people will throw money at you like cake). Then choose a profession <proff> for the means of money.

Our guild should NOT act as the true source of earnings because there is a discount of every item in our market.

But use it to your ADVANTAGE! All <proff> will start out with useless item productions that wont be any useful, however as you level up your <proff> by trading raw materials between guildies and allies you'll be able to create expensive items that you can sell in the real market.

Soon you wont even rely on the NPC stores anymore; you'll create your own 500k armor and sell them for massive profit!
