it took me sometime to find out how to change my avatar too... im sure most of you have difficulties too, especially for those that join X-Fire for the first time
anyway... here's a few methods on how to do it...
1st method...
follow this link... https://secure.xfire.com/edit_settings/
alternative method...
go to... http://www.xfire.com/profile/
then click "edit profile" at the top right corner of "details" tab
then it will ask for your username and password... key in your pass... then the next thing you know is you are at your control panel already
