Rank 2: Plan, Organize, Recruit, Manage, Administer, Moderate News, Create News, Reply To News
Rank 3: Plan, Organize, Recruit, Manage, Create News, Reply To News
Rank 4: Plan, Organize, Recruit, Create News, Reply To News

Plan - Post new events.
Organize - Edit or delete any event.
Recruit - Enlist new members, send invitations and accept or reject applications.
Manage - Supervise existing members, handle rank promotion and demotions, and kick out members.
Administer - Edit clan preferences and set up member ranks. Those with the administer permission have all other permissions, and cannot be removed except by another administrator.
Moderate News - Moderate News items on the home page.
Create News - Create News items on the home page.
Reply To News - Reply To News items on the home page.
Forum Admin - Creates, edits and administers the forums.

Please note there will be no forum here since we already have one.
