In October of 2009, nearly a year later, Luke Skywalker resurrected The Jedi Praxeum with Drake at his side again, as equals. This time, it would be a lot more private. Rather than being primarily an institution for all, it would become a team. However, it would remain a group to encourage learning, and betterment of the Jedi Academy community.

Rebirth
As of last week, the Jedi Praxeum came alive once again. Although much of the original faculty is taking part, a great deal of changes were made. The most notable change is that the Praxeum will no longer be primarily a public teaching facility, but instead a team.
The Praxeum still welcomes everyone to stop by and ask for assistance in whatever area of the game they wish to learn about. After all, the Praxeum was, is, and always will be about the goal of learning and bettering ourselves in all aspects of the game, be it lightsabers, guns, Force, JA+, basejka, and more.
Although the Praxeum will be its own independent entity, we wish to maintain friendly relations with anyone who previously partook in our activities. Details about the new Praxeum's purpose and goal can be explained if asked, and entry into the team, for the time being and most likely distant future, will be invite-only.

Welcome, and Welcome Back!
When we started, we wanted to have a base of masters to get things going. Unfortunately we lost a few early on and since then, we have been functioning with less than we originally wanted.
After plenty of evaluating and consideration, we decided to begin filling in the missing links. Please saber.. I mean, welcome Billy D to the Jedi Praxeum faculty! As goofy as he is, he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and will make a good addition to the staff. Now respect his authoritah!
Please also join me in welcoming back Caelum! Since he left, we've been gradually egging him on to rejoin the faculty. After plenty of influencing (and a man-marriage...), he has agreed to succumb to our will! Welcome back, buddy, we missed you.

New Padawans

New Padawans
After this afternoon's class, Reiko was awarded the rank of Padawan, following a faithful attendance record and many completed classes! Please congratulate her on becoming the Jedi Praxeum's newest Padawan!
It is an overdue announcement, but please also congratulate Ariel on achieving the rank of Padawan at the conclusion of the previous term! You both make us very proud!
