Bunker Map released for Iron Grip: Warlord!
We are thrilled to announce the release of the long awaited patch 1.13 for Iron Grip: Warlord.
The new patch contains several new features which enhance Iron Grip: Warlord’s gameplay.
Consequently, patch 1.13 offers players many more hours of gaming fun!
New features
Responding to player feedback, several of the game’s characteristics have been expanded.
The most important change is the addition of an entirely new level, known as the Bunker map.
Secondly, the game now has full compatibility with Steam and has integrated Steamworks voice chat, leaderboard and achievements!

- Added support for 16:9 resolutions 1920x1080 and 1600x900
- Added system resolution adaptation. The menu now only offers resolutions supported by the system

Back To Basics SNFF
Our awesome friends from Atelia have informed us that they’re giving us DOUBLE GOLD for slaughtering the confederates out in the Battlefield. Due to this, why not make it a bit more difficult. This weekend’s SNFF (Saturday Night FragFest) will have a theme that our veteran players will remember – Back To Basics!
This Saturday, at 1:00pm EST (GMT – 5) we will be arming ourselves with only the default weapons (Musket, Knife, Pistol, Molotov) and go head to head against the confederate army. This challenge allows the purchase of all structures, but prohibits the purchase of new weapons.
For those of you who are new to this event, a FragFest is simply an event with a specified time to gather as many Iron Grip: Warlord players as possible to dominate all who oppose us. If you haven’t grabbed your copy of Iron Grip: Warlord yet, our friends at GamersGate are offering a pretty sweet discount! BULLETS GALORE
I would like to welcome all of our new players by having what we like to call "BULLETS GALORE!". In this Fragfest, the idea is to dominate the confederates using only the machine guns as our weapons (LMG, MG, HMG). This challenge will prevent the use of all other weapons but will encourage all upgrades and all buildings.
If you've got game, meet us in the SNFF (Saturday Night FragFest) servers this Saturday, May 8th, at 4:00pm EST (GMT - 5). For those non-mathematical people (and for your convenience), this event will be posted on our XFire Calendar at our Official Xfire Community! (Just make sure your time zone is selected when you create your profile.)

It's been long overdue since we've done some confederate bashing. So let's just go all out and perform the largest massacre in Atelian history, God Mode. It's time to man up and grab your 40 RTE, Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, Heavy Machine Gun, Flamethrower, Knife and other assorted tools and somehow manage to carry them all on you at all times. This Fragfest will take place on Saturday, May 1st at 3:00pm EST (That's GMT - 5)! In order to help you figure out what time it is in your zone, we've also posted this event on the calendar at our Xfire community, just make sure your profile is setup with the correct Time Zone!

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been hosting regular fragfests – and that’s not going to change. This spring is the spring of Warlord! One of the things we’ve been trying to do is mix it up – keep it interesting, and I’m delighted to say our XFire community has more than risen to every challenge we’ve thrown at them. From playing only with the default weapons and structures to a series of rounds with no machine gun nests or anti-tank turrets, our regulars have proven that they can handle virtually any challenge we throw at them. And we’ve got the screenshots to prove it.
That’s right folks – if you’re a fan of Iron Grip: Warlord on Facebook, you can view a bunch of screenshots from the latest fragfest there – and there’ll be more. We’re going to show off your awesome to the world with regular updates to the Themed Fragfest album there and on our Warlord MySpace. If you’re not already a fan, there’s a very easy fix to that – check out the Warlord page...

Our Saturday Night FragFest is TODAY at 3:00pm EST (GMT - 5, but EST is undergoing Daylight Savings Time).
If you're unsure of the official time of the event, you have a couple options.
1) ASK ME!
2) Look at the Xfire Calendar for this community and the event is posted right there, provided you have set your time zone correctly.
