START RECONSTRUCTING I4M
Hey guys, Znipes here. I just wanted to say we should start reconstructing I4M. If you've read "Clan is Dieing" by I4m Owner, you should know what I'm talking about. Anyways, maybe we should start with maybe recruiting a lot, by spamming our website to our friends. Next, we can maybe hold practices every often. Finally, we could have a scrim or clan war with another clan,preferrably GTX because i hate their leader :). So, from this post, I think you should spam I4M to anyone not in it. Clan is Dieing
I am sure all of you have noticed the fact that I4M used to have over 80 members. Well now we have 50, which means we are losing members fast, and no1 is taking any drastic measures to insure that this clan is going to stay. If this rate of decline continues we are going to prob lose 2/3 of our original capacity of people which is 80. For those of you who don't do math, we are prob gonna have around 20-30 members at this continuous rate. Furthermore, members of this clan are leaving because of inactive leaders. We have not done anything since we joined. There is no fun here. Right now as I am looking at the even calender, I don't c a single even listed for any upcoming days. This is the beginning of the downfall of I4M. I am considering leaving this clan also, unless i am convinced other wise. I see no reason to belong in a clan that is inactive. I may be one person speaking about this problem, perhaps the only one, but, there are probably more people thinking about this. I truly believe that the leaders of this clan, in no offence or intention of harming them, are not actually paying attention to I4M. This message is to all remaining I4M members, you may think that I'm trying to persuade you to leave. In a way yes, in another way No. I'm trying to tell my fellow teammates that this clan is dieing. That reason could either way lead to the reconstruction of a clan, or the death of it. I conclude that the next time I check on this clan, i really do hope it stays alive. It hurts to see your clan fall before your eyes. It hurts even more when you see another person's clan fall and you know you didn't do anything about it. This is either my last, or yet to be, the first of my posts. People can't just stand around doing nothing for so long. We are humans, a species of action. If something does not provide us with natural needs, we revolt and leave. That has been the story for centuries. I4M, I may not be a highly ranked person, i might not be the best pro out there, but I do have one thing that no other person in this clan has. The courage to stand up and face a problem head on. I ask you "Do you believe that you can revive a dead clan? Or do you leave it and watch it consume itself to death? Is this only a temporary stage in clans?" And finnaly ask yourself "DO I QUIT OR STAY?"
I choose to help I4M. But watch it, I cannot do everything for this clan. This is my way of helping I4M. What is yours?
