Use the forums!
There is major inactivity in the TSG forums, the link to the site found up top, leaving it quite barren and boring. As Neil said loyal members are on the TSG forums, so if you really want to organize something, use the forums!
I understand that some people cant access the forums but if they want to then they are loyal, if they can make it on then we could organize training and so forth.
So guys, lets use the forums, otherwise people will follow in Neil's and DJ's footsteps, and they Neil told me to try and revive the forums a bit.
Post at least 10 times a minim a week in your favorite topics and do use a favor. To remind you ill do What BlackMamba Said on the forums, use the calander.

Okay everyone, it's time for hte contests.
This month contest: Rack up the most hours playing BF2, and you score a ten dollar USD gift card for Amazon.com or the Itunes store.
Rules: Add tsggotm to your friends list so we can track your hours.
Participate ingame for at least five hours during the month.
Post at least three times per week on the forums
Winners will be decided on how long you play the game, and how much you post. The two combined will determine the winner.

Those who have been wondering when the contest will start, they are monthly. Some having more then one, others only having one.
I'm doing the gift card contests out fo pocket, so depending on financial situations, I might not be able to do one every month, but I'll sure as hell try to.
The forums are the place to be. You NEED to post to be eligible to enter the contest. If I find the top ranked contest person isn't posting, they get disqualified. If the only person who does post is the lowest rank, it defaults to them.
Server contests are for modship of the given game. We are aiming to expand our games list and will be posting a poll soon to see what games people want to have in a contest in the coming months.
Those in the Xbox Live clan, don't worry! High score contest will be coming as soon as we finish reorganizing the xboxlive group. Those contest will be for ten dollar gift cards as well, as they will be the featured contest.

In GotM, the member who racks up the most time and/or the best score will win a 10 dollar amazon.com or itunes giftcard, their choice. The runners up will be giving a good spot of fun, as well as a prize depending on if I can convince NEil to agree to it.
Rules for the GotM contest:
The contest starts the 1st of the month and runs to the end of the month.
Those caught AFK ingame will be disqualified.
Those caught cheating to win will be disqualified.
You must be active in posting on the forums during the contest time. Those found not active on the forums or in clan activites will not be elegible for the contest.
No lettingg other people play for you. If it's found out you aren't the one playing, you will be disqualified.
No hacking. That results in being kicked from the clan.
No insulting Mods. Remember, your topic doesn't need to be evidence. If they all get deleted, yo ucould...

In case you are deaf or blind, you may realize the clan is falling apart. All except one of the original moderators, who have supported me from the beginning, have left due to a lack of activity.
And that's what this is about. We are not going anywhere fast. A clan is about games, not forums. We grew too fast for our own good.
It then occurred to me that DJ and I are not experienced enough to run a clan. I got xfire and formed this clan on day one. That's not the clan leader you want. As a result, I will be taking a temporary leave from TSG. As in a few months. I need the time to get organized and gain experience.
I think you know skatcat31, the final mod. He has a ton of experience with forums, website building, and gaming. He will rebuild this clan into the clan it should be.
I'll still check in every once in a while. Thanks for all the good times, and good luck with TSG.

In case you are deaf or blind, you may realize the clan is falling apart. All except one of the original moderators, who have supported me from the beginning, have left due to a lack of activity.
And that's what this is about. We are not going anywhere fast. A clan is about games, not forums. We grew too fast for our own good.
It then occurred to me that DJ and I are not experienced enough to run a clan. I got xfire and formed this clan on day one. That's not the clan leader you want. As a result, I will be taking a temporary leave from TSG. As in a few months. I need the time to get organized and gain experience.
I think you know skatcat31, the final mod. He has a ton of experience with forums, website building, and gaming. He will rebuild this clan into the clan it should be.
I'll still check in every once in a while. Thanks for all the good times, and good luck with TSG.

Just thought I'd give everyone an update on how things are going.
We have a sick new logo. Serious ownage by DJ on his part.
Also, the moderator team is currently working on building a professional website with all sorts of features, including a news blog.
Also, the prospect of opening another TSG up, and moving all RPG players to is also under consideration.
The roster is still being cleaned, and game teams will begin soon. The Combat Arms Clan is also being adjusted.
Please join the forums using the link in the news post below this. Actually, do more then that. Be active on the forums.
