I'd like to take a moment and tell all gamers in the xfire community about the next gen-video cards that are already out. What one needs to know most on a video card is a few things; how many cores does it cary( or poressing units), RAM speed's & shader clock speeds. Nvidia has released the 580 GTX now after 2 months of 400 serries on market, is this a correction in the unit all together or just a sales pitch on their part @ http://www.evga.com/articles/00592/ . Another next gen-video card worth talking about was from ATI 5970 & 6870 editions. As the 5970 came in 2 edtions, both it seemed to beat Nvidia 480 GTX & 580 GTX in performance by double or up to 4X @ http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/graphiccards/HD%205000series/5971.aspx#2 & @ http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/graphiccards/HD%206000series/6870.aspx#2
