I am going to post the guidelines for all ranks here, so no one can have any excuses about not knowing what to do.
Commander-in-Chief(CiC)- This is the top rank, in charge of all operations, and members, including those from other divisions. Also has a veto vote for events. Virtually all-powerful, similar to a clan leader.
Secretary of Defense(SOD)- Administrative second-in-command. Similar to the CiC, but does not have a veto vote, and a step lower in rank. In control of all members of the Command Center, but not divisional only members.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff(CJCOS)- This person is directly over the divisional commanders(COS) and is responsible for making sure that they have the things they need. Also all divisional problems are dealt with by the CJCOS. Same rank as a Secretary of Defense, but not as wide a jurisdiction, and has less administrative power. Mainly just overseer of the divisions. Not responsible for the Command Center members, just the members of other divisions. If an...
