In an effort to foster up and coming talent, the FSA, the governing body of the Football Superstars world, has established a number team for specific use within a brand new competition in order to drive the superstars of tomorrow. As such, this month you can expect to see the launch of the first ever FS League of Champions.

How does this work? Let me enlighten you...

Format
The whole point of this competition is to get people playing football. As such this will be a league format competition. The exact format will be dependent on the number of sign ups. In the days leading up to the event we will determine the number of teams, the size of the teams and the length of the matches based on the number of people entering the event. This will enable us to make sure that everyone who signs up will be able to play.

Characters
This will be an even playing field event. This means that all characters must be no higher than level two. We strongly recommend creating a new character for this. You may complete the academy and use the money earned to buy skills or gym training. However:
-You may not use bonds to further increase your character.
- You may not boost the stats through Kickabout games
- You may not use boots
Any player found to be breaking these rules will face disqualification and may incur penalties for their team.

Teams
All teams will be PMCs created by Cybersports. Players will be assigned to teams by us.

Sign Ups
Players can sign up either as individuals or as a group of up to three players. If players sign up as a group of two or three, then we will do all we can to ensure that they will be assigned to the same team. This allows players to be able to play with their friends while at the same time encouraging people to play with some fresh new faces.

To sign up, you must post here giving the name of the character you will be using. This character must meet the restrictions mentioned above. If, after signing up, you find that you are unable to play, please make sure that you post stating as such. There are few things more disruptive to an event than someone signing up and then not turning up.

The event will take kicking off at 6:30pm October 15th, and dependant on the size of the event it is likely to be completed on the evening of October 16th. By signing up you are declaring your availability to play on those dates.
