Frag Dominant in GameStop $10k Tournament

The Frag Dominant Rainbow Six Vegas 2 team is currently entered in the GameStop 10K ladder. The team expects to come out of this with nothing but success. Though it might take a little getting used to adapting to the 5v5 format that the tournament is using, we expect the team to quickly adapt to the format and be a top contender throughout the tournament. The team has picked up a new player for the tournament, Mike "Oneeye" Sinclair. Oneeye has yet to be on a serious RB6V team but is a yet to be discovered diamond in the rough, previously known as one of the best Shadowrun players in the world from the #1 ranked Shadowrun team "Shoot to Kill". The team expects an outcome similar to that of their latest win in the "Old Spice Experience Open" which secured the team a clean $2000 and bragging rights for the next tournament.

Frag Dominant, founded in 2006 by Orlando “Hanzo” Garcia, exploded onto the eSports scene in late 2006 and has finally joined forces with long time supporter AMD.
March 9th, 2008 – Frag Dominant, LLC and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD), have finally joined forces to take the world of eSports by storm. AMD, which in late 2006 took the reigns of leading graphics chipset manufacturer ATI, has years of experience providing the best gaming hardware to the enthusiast arena and surely needs no introductions.
Frag Dominant however, a relatively young organization, may not already be on the tip of everyones tongue. In the summer of 2007 they jumped on the scene seemingly from nowhere, claiming a North American CPL title and $40,000 away from the dominant European force Team Dignitas. They later went on to repeat this success, winning the World in Conflict premier event at Quakecon 2007, defeating the notable team 20ID....

DENA Clothing Logo Contest Winners

The DENA Clothing Logo Contest has at last reached its deadline and the winners have been chosen.
"It was really hard to pick the winners; both kenv and eyev have great work. Some of the designs for tee-shirts and
hoodies were very creative, but as you know this was a logo contest
and not a design contest," states Matthew Peck, CEO and owner of DENA Clothing.
Here are the winning selections:
Considering the occupation of first place, Eyev will receive one DENA hoodie as a prize. kenv will be rewarded with two DENA tee-shirts while ICM, a winner of one of Frag Dominant's previous events, will get one DENA tee-shirt.
"I am going to use both of the productions by Eyev and kenv in production runs, so congratulations," explains Peck. He continues to discuss how, "redcell really laid it down with multiple creative concepts, however he didn't submit any logos. Having that said, I couldn't give third place to redcell."

Frag Dominant Wins First, Loses Second

Frag Dominant came into NERV LAN with a strong start by taking down Panther's Pug flawlessly, 13-0. The team played hard and the chemistry was strongly flowing.
Unfortunately, the team fell in an extremely close round-for-round game against Check Six. Despite ending the first half with a promising 4-8 deficit considering how one-sided mp_pipeline is, the members simply couldn't claim enough rounds on defense and barely won the second half 6-5. Check Six took the intense, close match with a mere 13-10 win.
Watch out for the members in the lower bracket, though, as they give it their all to climb back to the top! More updates from the NERV LAN are to come, so stay tuned and be sure to watch the matchcasts by E-Rev at www.E-Rev.tv!

The team members have been practicing for this event for the past couple of months and have a very strong possibility to place in the top three. Between CEVO-Professional matches and various tournaments and leagues they have been more then ready.
