"Pen as far as the GSP, I wrote a editorial of sorts yesterday cautioning GSPs to wait and not jump into anything as we didn't know what to expect. Boy did I call that one......
To recap
- No dedicated servers
- Only listening, in which you have to use IW-net + steam (not sure how that works)
- Must have graphics card and a lic of the game for each server or each rented customer.
- VAC via steam for AC
- Private servers can be customized by turning features on and off and will be hosted on your own connection
- public serves will be hosted via IW-net
- no mods or custom maps as of right now. - no idea when and if MOD tools are released.
They want to turn the PC and their IW-NET into XBL
