Clan Overhaul

As some of you already know we got some good news and some bad news, the good news is I'm back in the clan 
(had to take a week off to do something else). The other good news if we are having a database server which everyone can connect to for uploading and downloading projects, files, email, etc. This will also allow everyone to have their own account on the OS (Windows XP Home, hopefully I can change that into Windows 7 soon) so they can access it and find the tools they need for their certain ranks. We will have Visual Studio installed for the admins and we will also have various games on it to start making servers. I have also decided to set up a newsletter for promotions, merchandise that we have, sponsors, new clans, etc. I will need some members for that to get those made and everything. I will either have everyone who does that use the same e-mail account or something. I will also have customer support for the clan in case anyone sends us e-mails (I pretty much got that by myself) but if you have a mobile phone I can set that up, but you need Windows Live (look below.)
ADMINS:These servers also will have special software to track each and everyone one of all servers and if there's ever a hack or an unexpected error in any of our servers, you will be notified with this software. More information on that later.
That's the good news, now the bad :/ It's not completely terrible except...we will have to leave Xfire clan-wise, you can still keep using Xfire, except I will delete the clan off Xfire because as most of you know I've been complaining it does not have the tools we need to keep this clan running, it's not designed to run something that we have. So to overcome this problem you need either Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger (I advise MSN Messenger, if you can of course.) I think I may just give you a new one, because can send out 100 e-mails addresses for different people and my Windows Live is an Office Live account and you can view things new in the clan from there, very much like what we need. If I get donations, I can give more e-mail addresses to more people, but I don't see we are gonna exceed that 100 limit anytime soon. So contact me if you need one, send me yours and I'll invite you to my Office Live account and get you set up.
So yeah we are having major changes within the clan that will help us do our job more efficiently. So get out there and recruit some members! I don't care where they come from or what game they play, just get them over here
