Player Penalties for Team Poland
This players are supended for 2 match days,
DUE to BAD Insults !
And the screenshots are available !!

These players CANNOT play the Diamond League on 12th and 19th of DECEMBER 2009 !!
decided by Diamond League Admins due to RULES Layout of 24th of October 2009.

1)*Swearing
The Players who is doing a offensive swearing will get a penaltie for the following 2 Matches.
The Team wont be allowed to recruite a new Player for this matches, They can (if needed) recruite a player from another Team.
Clear Screenshot or Video needed !
2)*Cheats
(For League Match or/and public Game!)
If a Player get captured as a cheater this player will be banned from DL2.
The Team will obtained a penalties - Lost the match 10 Diamonds for the other Team & 3 Winner points too.
The Team wont be allowed to recruite a new Player for the rest of the league.
If a Team will get captured again with another cheater the team will get banned from League.
PB_entry or clear Video needed !
3)*Server Setting Penalties
The hosting Team is responsible for the right settings.
Friendly Fire - Yes
Score Limit - None
Time Limit - 20 Minutes
Weather Type - Dynamic
Time of Day - Map default
Respawn Times - 10
Advanced Options :
Punkbuster Protection - Yes
Minimal Rank : 4
Hardcore ON
With Password
The actual PB Serverfile must be installed. PLZ inform yourself under www.evenbalance.com.
The visitors must check the settings as far as they can.
Gametime/unlimited Diamonds/PB(PB_plist or PB_Power)
If they find something wrong they must tell the host and he got to setup the server to the right settings.
Sweep line is 15 minutes. So the match should start at last around 8:15PM for the 1st Match or 9:45PM for the 2nd Match.
If the hosting Team is not able to start League with conformed server they will get a penalty !
Penalty : - Lost the match 10 Diamonds for the other Team & 3 Winner points too.
If the host don’t show a reaction to your words at the chat, make a screenshot about your conversation of
The in game chat to proof your objection.
(those mentioned screens should show a real try of a failed conversation not just one sentence).
In the case that the host dont react and you got your screenshots you can leave the server and send the proof to one of the League Admins.
*2nd Round
There is no rule that says the host must restart the server after the 1st round.
If both teams agree it is ok.
The host must proof that both Teams has agreed !
The visitor should go out of the game after maximum 1 Minute,
Then the 2nd round will count as a loose for the Host.
Existing diamonds from the host of the 1st round + 2 diamonds for visitor to get the end result
For example:
1st Round
Host 2 Diamonds - Visitor 1 Diamond
2nd Round in penaltie
Host 0 Diamonds - Visitor 4 (2 from 1st round of host + 2 penalty diamonds)
Result
Host 2
Visitor 5
If the visitor plays the 2nd round this penalty is not able to claim.
2nd round counts as started if the visitor is still on the server 1 minute after the start.
Gametime left 19:00 Minutes.
Of course the visitor must proof a not allowed restart (Screenshot or Video).
4) *Weapons
Dartgun is a Sniper
Penalty:
Team who used 2nd sniper loose all their collected diamonds for the round,
and the other team gets 1 extra diamond.
Proof : Screenshot or Video.
*Ingamechat
The global chat (not in Lobby) is only allowed to use for the Team supervisor(normaly the Team Admin).
There wont be a penaltie for a used global chat. But its normal in a FPS War that only Admins use the global chat. So try to be professional

Register new Players
If you want to register a new Player for youre Team it must be done 24hours bevor the Matchday (Friday 20:00)via E-Mail. Its not possible to register a Player to youre Team that is already registert in another Team in the League.
