The Download below features an new freeplay map for the LA MOD.
Including "New & Improved" Emergency buildings and Incidents like new accidents, a Military Base, the Fire & Police stations and of course the hospital and much more...
What is new in the map?
- new accidents, 23 in total (new and old together), also on the highway
- a lot of other events (bombs, missing child, sniper, bird flu)
- 2 roadwork places, one managed with traffic lights
- 2 lane traffic on the highway
- new harbor
- Citywork (where rollback, crane, and engineer spawn and USCG chopper can land manually)
- Small military camp (where blackhawk can land manually)
- camp ground
- boulevard with hotel and little market
- Compatible with LAMOD 1.7 (LAMOD 1.7 is required for this map!)

LA Mod 1.7 Patch 3 (hotfixes)
Hoppah has released a patch for the LA MOD 1.7 that address some issues that have been reported and confirmed bugs.
Below is a list of all fixed reported and confirmed bugs:
Bugs in v1.7:
- Mission 2: Canister can't be closed (HAZMAT firefighter are missing the command 'Use' to close it)
- Mission 7: When the patrolcar is being extinguished (or cooled down) during the cutscene it gets extinguished under water as well.
- Mission 8: Convoy can get redirected by vehicles with directional lights on.
- Mission 8: Might crash when using 'Halt' command (on terrorists) Fixed in patch 2? (needs to be confirmed)
- Crash when adding more than 6 personnel to SWAT Heavy Rescue truck Fixed in patch 2
- Text error: Mainmenu says there are only 5 new, exciting missions, there are 10 ofcourse! Fixed in patch 2
- Extinguish command can crash (happens a lot in the last mission) Fixed in patch 2
- 'Childs brutally abducted' mission might fail under wrong conditions. Fixed in patch 2

Winterberg English Translation available
Hi all,
They have done it! the Winterberg team or Sir.Dedo has made an english translation for the Winterberg mod .. thats if you all want to play something different then I would suggest the Winterberg Mod will tickle those areas of being in control of your units! This Mod is a great mod, I`m one that is addicted to it and play it non-stop! So if you want the translation you will have to go here to download it.
