In this clan has a first rank that you start off with. Heavy trooper, sniper, pilot, support fire, and a recruiter. Once you move up a rank the first time you move up with the weapon that you started with, but your a private. Then you move on up to a Sergant, then a Leutenant, then a Captain, Then a Commander. But there will only be 3 head commanders to even out votes.
