The administration have been demoted one rank below mine, but they still all have the same permissions as me. Members are also able to reach Brigadier General when appropriate requirements are met such as trust, good friends of the admin, and they've been long members. But it still remains that Rookie and Kohigi are still admins. Just thought I'd let you all know if you were wondering.
