DSN Goes Live!
DSN is going live to the general DarkSpace community today at 9:00 am cst (-6 GMT).

Encourage everyone to get on board. The more we have involved the more successful DSN will be.

We will try to begin scheduling events within the next week, so look for updates to the event calendar soon.

Also, look for a new Fleet Officer's Meeting to be scheduled. It will be announced via the Event Calendar as well.

Get all your friends to get on and try out the site and XFire as a community. Lets do our best to tie the community closer together.

In this fleetwars event factions have been split into subfactions (red team, blue team style) there will be a large arena with matches being same faction's ship vs same faction's ship so the outcome is based purly on pilot skill. As an added twist there will be an active Interdictor field boosted to 200% power (2,000GU in diameter) disabling all jumpdrives in the arena...

The rewards have been posted for this event, and they are worth the effort.
