To our Officers
Alright, these are my own personal goals and ideas for the guild to really help get things moving. One of the main things that'll help take some of the pressure off of me is just assigning a kind of specialization to each officer- I figure that while we can't all just go and try to do everything, everyone should focus on one aspect of what needs to get done. If at all possible, it'd be nice if we could have at least one person recruiting in each campaign as well as establishing some screening of people that we want to get in- age, experience, whatever. Personally, age is the only thing and we should try to grab talkative people so that the guild just feels more lively- it's not like we don't have people, we just need more people that are willing to just sit and talk. Also, one thing that'd be a huge help is if someone could take the time to recruit faction farmers of any sort- FFFers, HFFFers or ABers. I can't be the only one getting faction because that's a huge time constraint.
