As many of you may know, Stevy's mom has died. She was hospitalized the 24th of May after collapsing. This was two days after her birthday. Stevy and his brother rushed to the hospital to receive the news that she had a Brain Aneurysm. This means she had been bleeding inside her brain. She appeared to be recovering but shockingly the doctor contacted Stevy and informed him that she had suffered another bleeding in her brain and that there was a large possibility that she was brain dead. Later on, the doctor called Stevy and told him that his mom was indeed brain dead. She had fought until it was just too much. This news broke his and his father's heart. She had only a few hours to live. Stevy and his father came to the conclusion of shutting down the machines that Mrs.Verheyen was hooked up to. In fact, i think many people would do the same. Watching your parent suffer when he/she has a few hours to live is just not something a human being can handle.
Mrs.Verheyen and Mr.Verheyen supported Stevy throughout his gaming career. For example, at the end of this article there will be a link to a video that was taken at the Crossfire Intel Challenge 7 LAN Event. Fnatic was going against Reason Gaming. Stevy's parents were watching. Fnatic won and you can see that stevy's parents were proud of him and were VERY supportive. Please help Stevy by donating something to give his mom the funeral she deserves. You have a chance to help someone in need of help. This article has touched the hearts of many human beings..Hopefully your one of them.
