A new Leader
=CE=Angel has through his combined efforts to the clan more than earned the privilege to be the rank of Major. I declare on behalf of the leaders of =CE= that Angel now be recognized and promoted as our third acting Major with the mantle of leadership that comes with his new rank. Do congratulate him.
