When dyestavos will be online,we was doing test for me become an admin but i dont see him for week's,we almost finished the test....at least i think...
But my question is,only the founder can make a member a admin or moderator/administrator too??

well the administrator has a full rights , if you accomplish the requirements to become admin you can ask them to create an admin account for you

I create an account in but the page say,log in or register when i already loged in?????
