Guild and Bank Restructure.
Due to popular demand, the guild structure and as a result the bank structure have been altered to accomodate the change.

Bank RULES have not changed:

• ONLY remove items for IN GUILD toons that you can use now.
  
  
• Bank Items are not for sale, friends/non guildies, or to DE without Payment & Permission FIRST. Removing items not your correct lvl or that you can't use is considered bank theft. Bank abuse results in temporary demotion until restitution of gold or replacement items can be made.
  
  
• If the tab you are attempting to deposit to is full please send all donations to the Bank Alt RENATE
  
  
• Please deposit to the correct tabs & No gray items

However, what is IN the bank, and where it goes, has.

• The bank is no longer accepting Green gear items. Any such donations should be sent directly to the guild bank toon RENATE to sell for guild money.
  
  
• Tabs 1-3 are now for Enhancement Items, Professions Materials, and Bags & Recipes respectively.

Bad Mojo needs to stop.
Lately some decidedly non epic behavior has been going down, and I need to address it. Because people are leaving or thinking about it as a result, and it's messing up my family.

I know when new content patches hit, everyone goes a little crazy. But some things are happening and with people that should KNOW better that are causing mass discord within the ranks.

First and foremost: The Loot rule is, has always been, and will always BE: ALWAYS choose Greed, unless you ASK to Need. You may also NOT need for off spec under any circumstances other than ALL of the main specced party members pass. And you may not badger them, or beg, or be a pain in the ass - If you are off specced, you will need to wait. PERIOD.

Also, if you have a problem with someone's behavior, you need to OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SAY SOMETHING. Getting all huffy and then bitching to people or gquitting never solved anything and it's possible that the person being a fuck tard is not doing do on purpose.

Healers & Tanks
Boys and girls, most have you have expressed a desire to delve into higher level content. We have TWO problems with this... We have no healers, and we have no tanks.

Dara and I are the only healers at the moment, and it isn't fair that with so many classes who have the ability to heal, we're the only two willing to do so.

If you want to be part of a team you should make it possible for the team to progress if you have the ability to do so.

We are asking members who have the ability to heal or tank to do so and we are willing to assist in any way necessary to get you raid ready. Our goal is to ultimately have 10 of each so that if someone healed for the last raid they may DPS for the next one, and so on.

Anyone wishing to help the guild in this manner will be promoted to revered, assisted in gearing, and gain the ability to invite friends. Please let any officer know if you are interrested.
