Halo Wars eh? Cool. Anyone else picking up FEAR 2? I ordered it a good month ago but now gamestop is claiming it's on backorder. Fuckers. Last time I order from them instead of Amazon. I swear to God that company is useless. In other news, a day before Halo Wars another game goes live. Damnation. A steampunk FPS that's either using the unreal engine or the source engine. Not sure which but it looks shit hot. I'll be buying that at a store first thing and playing it until my copy of Halo Wars LE arrives from Amazon. (yeah, I decided to be cheap and go with their free shipping.) |

Halo Wars is going to be badass. Armistead and I worked up a plan. For team matches, assuming it's 2v2, but 3v3 can work too, have 1 or 2 players be UNSC while the 2nd or 3rd player is Covenant. Have the UNSC guys protect the Covenant guy and just let the Covenant guy build up Scarabs. Of course, UNSC will have an army too by that point, so you just overwhelm the enemy after the Scarabs are up. Granted this would probably be unnecessary against comps, assuming the AI stays the same, but it would probably work well against humans.
